Disappointed Took my car in for regular service, nothing was wrong when I dropped it off and when I picked it up the MMI was malfunctioning as I drove it off the l Took my car in for regular service, nothing was wrong when I dropped it off and when I picked it up the MMI was malfunctioning as I drove it off the lot. Car was dead in the next week. Took it back in and am now stuck with the close to $2k bill that Schmidtt's assumes no responsibility for. I'll be trading in my Audi going with another brand, the is the second negative experience in 1 year with this service dept, need to move on to a services that is fair with customers. More

The service crew at Schmitt's is always so positive and friendly. My service is in a timely manner in a very comfortable waiting area, complete with complimentary coffee or water.
