Everyone, even at 8 am in the morning, was courteous, helpful, friendly without being overbearing. The service was prompt, well-explained. The waiting area clean; coffee was decent, even though I spilled it all over the floor and had to ask someone to clean it up. My car was returned, washed and cleaned better than I normally would have when I cleaned it myself. What's there not to like? More

Excellent help in an emergency situation. While visiting Buffalo from out of town on a Memorial Day weekend, my Audi Q5 had a coolant problem such that I could no longer drive it. On my 4th Audi from Schmitt's. Fair price and Good Service. With my wife working not far from Schmitt's it is much more convenient for her to take our Audi's in for service. My wife often comments how Lisa in the service department makes her feel comfortable. I thought it was because they were both women. I know, not a very politically correct thought, but the fact is that my wife and other women I know are intimidated by taking cars in for service or repairs. Recently while having a repair on my TT Lisa attended to returning my car to me when it was done. Like I said I am on my 4th Audi from Schmitt's and I can truly say that Lisa is the most polite, attentive, and friendly service advisor I have ever encountered at Schmitt's or any other brand dealer. She should be considered an asset to Audi and Schmitt's. Firstly having her there makes my life easier as my wife works near Schmitt's and is willing to bring our 2 Audi's in because of Lisa's attentiveness and demeanor. Secondly having been a customer of Schmitt's for several years now, and having always been pleased with them for purchasing and servicing my vehicles, I am quite pleased that they were able to top the level of service I am accustomed to. Gender aside she truly is an asset to Schmitt's and Audi. Others should emulate Lisa's efforts and actions in her job performance. It will be time for another Audi within a year. Hope to see Alex in Sales and when the time comes for service Lisa in the service department. More

Wicked Good Customer Service I had an issue with my engine not seeming quite right. I had 83,000 miles on my car and my warranty covered the vehicle to 100,000 miles. Tony in se I had an issue with my engine not seeming quite right. I had 83,000 miles on my car and my warranty covered the vehicle to 100,000 miles. Tony in service explained to me that Audi did some tests and that instead of repairing the engine, they were going to replace the entire engine with an out of the crate new one. Unfortunately, I was scheduled to drive to North Carolina for my cousin's wedding. Tony asked to call me back and when he did, he informed me that he had a 2017 A4 for me to drive to North Carolina. He is very, very knowledgeable and was more than happy to help me. When I asked what I could do for him for helping me, he explained to me that he liked to help customers and he was happy to do so. And he meant it. Before Schmitt's, I always bought Cadillacs from West Herr. I can guarantee anyone that West Herr would not have gone this far to help me and definitely would not have replaced an engine just to be on the safe side. They would have referred me to Enterprise and I would have had to rent a car to drive to North Carolina. And they definitely wouldn't have helped me and explained everything to me with a smile on their faces. Schmitt's is hands down the best customer service I have ever had on any of the vehicles I have owned. I will continue giving them my business for many years to come. Assuming that Tony is still there anyway..... More
