I was greeted by Chris at my appointed time and after registering, my car disappeared. I had scheduled the installation of my winter tires. Before I could open my computer to do some work (about 30 minut registering, my car disappeared. I had scheduled the installation of my winter tires. Before I could open my computer to do some work (about 30 minutes), Chris appeared with my keys and paperwork telling me my winter tires were installed. A quick payment and off I went. I went online in August to make an appointment in September. There were zero appointment times available, and I had to wait for October. But other than that, my service experience was great! He offered me water or coffee at the beginning and then again when I picked up my vehicle. He made sure I understood everything, and really just took the time to make me feel like I was important. I know this is a small detail. But my NYS inspection sticker was placed PERFECTLY on my windshield. I appreciated that! The woman who cashed me out was also very friendly. She was happy and kind.
