We know that you have been having issues with the vehicle since you purchased it from the prior Auto Group that owned the store 6 years ago. We are always willing to assist anyone if we can. Thank you for your response. I have spoken with Adam previously, he stated that he cannot help me at all with fixing the car even with all the issues I have been having over the years. The only option he has provided , is buying another car . Which would only be a sales benefit to him and placing me in another car loan which I never expected to get in again that fast after paying off on that vehicle . This experience with Audi Brooklyn has been the worst experience with a car dealership that I have even experienced and I have purchased cars from other dealers before . Please other buyers that are looking to purchase a car , save yourself and do not go to Audi Brooklyn. I have never felt so ripped off and scammed in my life before purchasing from here . The person who sold me the car(Eric) is still working at this dealership, and would not assist me as well. Audi Brooklyn is not looking to assist their clients when an issue comes up but rather looking to place you in debt in order to get more money into their company and pockets . This is the first time I have ever had to write a review on a car dealership in my life . Who in their right mind would want to place their self in another car loan with them after this experience.
