I leased my first brand new suv and first Audi at Audi Brooklyn and the service was impeccable. From the moment I walked in was a very elevated experience. She answered all my questions with zero fuss and encouraged me to go for a test drive to get a real feel for the vehicle. I'm glad she did because that solidified my decision. Teamed up with Diane, I couldn't have asked for anything better. They worked with me to get the best deal possible for both parties and it was a success. Service was impeccable, I wasn't able to drive off with my car on the day of signing due to a nail in the tire. They took care of it immediately the next day with a brand new tire and drove my Q3 to me. Hassle free. I will definitely spread the word. Thank you Audi Brooklyn, I'm very happy with my Q3 More
I financed an Audi A6 3. 0 about 6 years back and was basically sold a lemon. When I purchased this car it had less than 20,000 mileage on it , which was rare for a 2012 at th 0 about 6 years back and was basically sold a lemon. When I purchased this car it had less than 20,000 mileage on it , which was rare for a 2012 at that time but I thought I got lucky. Within the first year the car started to give me issues , this was my 1st Audi purchase. The car started to give me several issues every couple of months after that . When it was brought to the shop, in which I only took it to the Brooklyn Audi service center since I purchased the car from them for years to get fixed. There were always several other issues that was wrong with the car. I found myself at the service center back to back, not having my vehicle for months at a time. I have got stuck in the street several times with this car, every part of the car always had an issue, from the engine down. Throughout the years I have made several attempts for help from the dealership, from being in contact with the head manager, to even callIng up the Audi USA support. I have been to the Audi Brooklyn where I purchased the car and explained to them the issue, wrote emails to the manager Michael Chan and even brought the car in several times for him to see. Every time the car was taken to service to get fixed it ended up right back inside later on. The only options they had for me was to trade in the car, meaning that I would need to provide another down payment for another car which would have me go into debt . I asked several times if the car could be evenly traded since I was sold a lemon , there was never an agreement for that . Why should I have to put down more money on another car if they sold me a bad car? This experience has been the worst nightmare ever, my car until this day is always messed up , engine light always ends up coming on . Money and time is being wasted for years from having to keep going back and fourth to get the car fix . Now I know why the car was a 2012 with such low mileage , because someone else was probably trying to get rid of it . Update as of December 4th, 2023 , my car has broken down on me in the middle of the street at a red light and would not move at all, gears could not been be switched . Car was taken to an Audi service where it took about a month to find diagnosis of car. The car dealership could not even locate what was wrong with the car. Now it is being informed that my ABS control is faulty, this car now has about 50,000 miles on it and is hardly used. As you can see I was sold a lemon and am being passed back and fourth between Audi Brooklyn Sales Department and Audi Corporate of America where no one is of assistant to me but purchasing another car. The only options that I am being offered is to basically place myself into another car loan and purchase another car from Audi Brooklyn even though I was sold a lemon. I have contacted General Manager at Audi Brooklyn Sales Adam who has not been able to give any assistance with fixing the car but rather again trying to place me in another car loan to put money in their dealers pockets. Even on the terms and conditions of years of complaints with this specific vehicle . I was told to get a diagnosis to find out what was wrong with the vehicle in which I did. I am now being told that my ABS control is faulty but they are not even sure if that is going to fix the issue of the car . Please !!!STAY AWAY !! From BROOKLYN AUDI SALES DEPARTMENT as they are selling lemons as car to their clients. This has been the WORST CAR DEALERSHIP that I have ever dealt with and worst experience that I have ever experienced. General Manager Adam even suggested that I report the car to corporate as a lemon. Also was told by him and corporate that they couldn’t assist me and would until after I got the diagnosis of the car. They would need to know that was wrong with the car first in order to help me .
