Had a scheduled appointment to have a 5000 mile check up on my 2010 A5. While making the appointment I asked if I could wait for this to be done, and how long it would take. The Service advisor said that on my 2010 A5. While making the appointment I asked if I could wait for this to be done, and how long it would take. The Service advisor said that it should take no more than an hour to an hour and a half. I arrived at 7:30 am for my appointment, and was there for over three hours. They are unorganized, and unprofessional. I'm so sorry I didn't go to another Audi dealer for my purchase. Do yourself a favor and find a dealership that will Value your business. More
