Christmas week I was driving from North Carolina to the Hamptons to see family along the BQE. I ran over a piece of metal that damaged tire and rim. I’m a single Mom with a 3 year old. I had to pull off ro Hamptons to see family along the BQE. I ran over a piece of metal that damaged tire and rim. I’m a single Mom with a 3 year old. I had to pull off road and googled dealer nearby. AUDI OF BROOKLYN was 4 miles away thankfully! Everest took my call came out to where I was located with my car and escorted me back to dealer. The area was schecy I was very nervous. In 2 hr I had a new rim and tire and on my way. Steve B and Everest were great and they both deserve recognition they went above and beyond and made me feel comfortable. Audi Brooklyn is awesome!!! Hi, I'm an "experienced" car leaser, but I have never before had Audi. My previous experience with a few Audi dealerships in New Jersey was not pleasant at all - arrogant people, terrible customer servic before had Audi. However, I decided to give Audi 2nd chance and stopped at Audi of Brooklyn, and as a result, I've leased 2023 Audi Q5 from Audi of Brooklyn last Monday December 12th 2022. As mentioned, it was my first ever Audi, and I was completely satisfied with a service at the dealership. I've dealt with two people: Will Shao (sales manager) and Diane Lasky (financial manager). They both were extremely professional and the whole process was quick and easy. I'm happy wit my new purchase - a great gift for Christmas.
