Scheduled an oil change and was told on the phone it would take at most 2 hours. So I decided to wait. It ended up taking over 4 hours. There was no communication to me throughout this process. After waiting over 2 hours and I was finally called up and told that my car was ready. Then the service rep couldn't find my car and told me that it is being washed and it would be ready shortly. After waiting for over another hour I went up to the desk and he only then decided to see where my car was. Waited for some time more then I see my car pulled up to the back entrance. I hear on his walkie talkie that his teammate is saying that my car is ready. But he either ignored it or did not hear it, although I heard it. So I just left the dealership and got in my car and left. No communication or apologies for my situation. I will be taking my business to another audi dealership for sure. More

2 hours for a scheduled oil change when I told them I was going to be waiting. Then they told me I was done and I had to wait another 30 minutes for them to “rinse “ my car.
