Worst service ever. I bought a 4 year service plan with a new car. I brought it in for the 4th year service in August and was told I would have to pay for it even though I had already paid for it upfront. Ap new car. I brought it in for the 4th year service in August and was told I would have to pay for it even though I had already paid for it upfront. Apparently there is a some hidden feature where I had to bring it by the end of July or I had to forfeit the money I paid for the service upfront. The service manager was rude and actually laughed. More

No Communication The main problem with this service dept is the service advisors who act nice when you check in but when it comes to keeping you up to date on your veh The main problem with this service dept is the service advisors who act nice when you check in but when it comes to keeping you up to date on your vehicle they turn a cold shoulder. They never call you back when they say they will and if you push for a status they argue with you. Customer service does not get any worse than that when advisors forgets their basic task, "taking care of the customer". More

Supreme Service ! Once again , I am more than happy to take time out of my hectic schedule as a working mother in order to write this review. Unfortunately, last n Once again , I am more than happy to take time out of my hectic schedule as a working mother in order to write this review. Unfortunately, last night my Audi unexpectedly got a flat tire. I communicated with Max in the Service Dept. at my earliest convenience, as I was desperate to replace my tire as soon as possible. Not only was Max courteous and professional as always , he was also extremely accommodating. Max informed me that I could have my Audi at the Service Dept. at any time during the day , and Max along with the staff technicians would remedy the situation. I truly am quite impressed with Max and his professionalism, as he continues time and time again to go above and beyond my expectations. More
