My Q5 started making a clicking/knocking noise when shifting into reverse and going over road bumps. Another shop diagnosed a problem with the control arms. Brought it here for a second look and it was shifting into reverse and going over road bumps. Another shop diagnosed a problem with the control arms. Brought it here for a second look and it was determined it was an issue with ill fitting brake pads. They also found a bad wheel bearing and an oil leak. Walked away with a complete and proper brake job, new wheel bearing (covered by extended warranty) and a complimentary oil change and engine wash. Kervens in the service department was great to work with and was able to provide me a loaner on short notice. Always a good experience here and will be back for any service needs. More

I can say that my experience with the Service Department continues to be the same. Professional, courteous, and friendly are the words I think best describes the team at Audi Brookline. Dan Lattin was my Service Advisor for this visit and it was a pleasure to work with him. Car was serviced without any fuss and I was on my way. Living in Southern NH it’s a bit of a trip to this dealership but I can say it’s well worth it for the quality of service you get there. Happy Customer!
