Went to Audi Brookline for 30k mi service, had not been since 2020 when they were just completing their huge renovation. Location is gorgeous, clean + bright. I was checked in promptly, even though I arrived a little late, I was updated throughout the service and Kervens went above and beyond to accommodate me needing a private space to take a work call + finding me a phone charger. I also received a video of my service showing underneath the car and what was found while I waited. I also had the option of a loaner car which I didn’t end up needing as the service was completed in a reasonable amount of time. Great exp. all around, they’ve ironed out the kinks and are running a VERY efficient shop, even washed the car and my interior mats! More
