Went to Audi Brookline for 30k mi service, had not been since 2020 when they were just completing their huge renovation. Location is gorgeous, clean + bright. I was checked in promptly, even though I arrived a little late, I was updated throughout the service and Kervens went above and beyond to accommodate me needing a private space to take a work call + finding me a phone charger. I also received a video of my service showing underneath the car and what was found while I waited. I also had the option of a loaner car which I didn’t end up needing as the service was completed in a reasonable amount of time. Great exp. all around, they’ve ironed out the kinks and are running a VERY efficient shop, even washed the car and my interior mats! More

The work was done quickly, we were informed of the progress during the day, and delivery of the car was scheduled when it was convenient for us. And picking up a cleaned car that runs smoothly and has been thoroughly checked is the best way to end a service visit. More
