After attempting to email the "GM" who chose not to even respond to my concern, I ended up having to file with the MA consumer action group. The next step I have to take is taking them to small claims court since they never fixed anything properly of mine. This dealership struggled with my concerns and they still aren't fixed. My low oil light concern was never fixed (it came back again) and service refused to admit to ruining my motor mounts. Honestly be wise with choosing to bring your vehicle here it could cost you more than you bargained for, and do some research. There are plenty more places that offer real luxury service and genuine customer care on a personal level than Audi of Brookline.
