Terrible place to have your vehicle serviced at, beware they seem to not have many ASE certified technicians. Brought my car in twice for a low oil light first time apparently there was no issue and the se they seem to not have many ASE certified technicians. Brought my car in twice for a low oil light first time apparently there was no issue and the second time I was told they just topped it off. Never really found any issue with my oil but gave me my vehicle back vibrating like crazy. (Somehow also missed) Car never had that issue the first two times I brought it in and won't admit to being responsible for my motor mounts being shot (these were also never quoted until the 3rd service visit). After spending already $2800.00 they want me to spend another $1600.00 for something that was never an issue before they got their hands on it. I'm genuinely disappointed that I live so close to this dealer yet their service is so poor I would rather drive out of my way to get the job done right, the first time. I also contacted the AOG consumer complaint office. More
This dealership is very client oriented. I am able to get my car into service in a reasonable time. They are very attentive to my comfort while I wait for work to be done.
