Disaster of an experience Drove 1.5 hours to test drive the Q3 and found a dealership in disarray. After repeated apologies and hours of delays General Manager Tim Veiga refuse Drove 1.5 hours to test drive the Q3 and found a dealership in disarray. After repeated apologies and hours of delays General Manager Tim Veiga refused to make the situation right for my family and me. Tim instead quoted me a lesson on supply and demand rather than realizing his management and his employees had let the customer down and wasted my time. This dealership has tarnished the respected Herb Chambers name, despite the professional efforts of salesperson Jonathan who did his best in a situation out of his control. I will never step foot in this dealership again and suggest you look elsewhere too. More
