You brought your vehicle in for service without a plastic cover underneath the vehicle. We discussed with you that your vehicle never had one on it, I even verified with my technician and offered to split the cost of the part with you and have it put on your vehicle. Wow...I should of done my homework and looked at all the poor reveiws they had on this dealership for service and on the General Manager, Tim Veiga. And we would think going to a Dealership would be better then a private owner mechanic shop but its the opposite for Service Dealt under Tim Veiga. The Regional manager must be blind to see the bad reveiws. Like they say One bad Apple Spoils the bunch .
