The new facility is state of the art. I was able to easily schedule an appointment and arrange for a loaner. The service rep contacted me with the diagnosis of the issue. I scheduled an appointment with Stephanie Bagu to test drive an Audi A5. I drove out of my way with a 50 minute drive, no parking and the worst location for a dealership. After waiting for 30 minutes, I drive an Audi A5. I drove out of my way with a 50 minute drive, no parking and the worst location for a dealership. After waiting for 30 minutes, I was told the car I was scheduled to drive was outside with a sold sticker on it , apparently sold the day before. No contact to stop me from coming. Terrible experience- won’t be back. More
