Overall easy experience. Traded a 3.5 yr old truck for a new model that they had on the lot. Tyler joined me for a test drive and then we hammered out a quick negotiation on the price. Financing was straightforward with Douglas - I told him I could get a better rate from my personal bank so he quickly matched it. No pressure games or crazy upsells. Highly recommended. More

I had the pleasure of working with Aramayis Grigoryan from Audi Brookline. He was on top of scheduling and arranging a loaner car (not always easy to get them at some dealers).
