THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE, UNETHICAL, AND IF THEY BREAK/LOSE YOUR STUFF, WILL IGBORE YOU. xxxx. There's a reason Herb Chambers is a wealthy business operation: underhanded, unethical tactics. This place is lucky they have people like Aramayis and Kervens. Without those two I would have bailed on this dealer months ago. The new facility is nice, but Herb Chambers as a network is super greedy. 5 star rating is to reflect my experience with Aramayis and Kervens specifically. More

I recently bought a new Audi at Audi Brookline. I worked with the manager Tim Veiga and also Silvio Santos. Both were extremely professional and courteous.Negotiating the price of the car was painless with with the manager Tim Veiga and also Silvio Santos. Both were extremely professional and courteous.Negotiating the price of the car was painless with Tim who also offered me a very fair price for my trade in. Silvio was also very professional and extremely patient while instructing me in the use of the computer and other important things I needed to know. All timelines were met, all promises kept,and I did not have to wait for anyone or anything. It was a very impressive experience. I highly recommend Audi Brookline. More

Audi Brookline is top class auto service as usual! Aramayis helped me and he was great. The procedure was not complicated but initially they told me that was going to take from 90 to 13 minutes but in Aramayis helped me and he was great. The procedure was not complicated but initially they told me that was going to take from 90 to 13 minutes but instead My Q3 was ready to go after less then 1 hour! Thanks Aramayis!!!
