The dealership is very customer centric with their quality service and sales teams. However, their labor service cost must be one of the highest in the country. The labor cost was 80% of my recent two quality service and sales teams. However, their labor service cost must be one of the highest in the country. The labor cost was 80% of my recent two hours (non critical) service bill. Around thousand dollar of a twelve hundred dollar bill was labor. I think they have the best service teams in Boston metro; they’re kind and very knowledgeable. But I think they’d need to revisit their outrageous labor cost to encourage existing and new customers to keep coming back. More
