I've emailed you 3 times no response and i went to the location to talk personally to you but got told from David he was the manager. I will nor be getting my car service or recall at Audi in brookline EVER. The expert isnt so much an expert, yall took my money to tell me what i already knew. Diagnostic is usually 189 but charges me 420 for it. My recall you should of done a diagnostic for free but the service guy didn't do it. That location is trash and yall only help people with newer cars.
