15,000 mile service. Well, it's always the best experience when I show up at Audi BH, and the main reason for that is Ken Kritzer. I mean my Audi runs great, so I don't ne Well, it's always the best experience when I show up at Audi BH, and the main reason for that is Ken Kritzer. I mean my Audi runs great, so I don't need much service thankfully, but the times I've needed it like for my tire or when I spilled a bottle of wine in my trunk, Ken has made the trip there so easy. I always get a rental, I never wait very long no matter how busy he is, and the car is ready is a timely fashion. So I feel well taken care of. Plus, it's a great place to go and get my car washed, have a cup of coffee, and chill out. Everyone there us very nice. Feels homey. So thanks very much! More
