Absolutely terrible service with multiple levels of miscommunication both within the Audi team and from Audi leading to delay, wasted time, and poor communication to me, including twice mistakenly bein miscommunication both within the Audi team and from Audi leading to delay, wasted time, and poor communication to me, including twice mistakenly being told my car was ready for pickup and even going over there the first of those times only to find out nothing had been done whatsoever, and then figuring out I was incorrectly charged extra for the service on top of that, completely unacceptable service on multiple fronts.
