Turned out the Carlos was very attentive and when I called with a problem early in the morning he said - just come in now and we will take care of ir. Turned out there were 3 problems, two which could b fixed in a day and one with a part coming from Germany. Headlights I made an appointment to have two headlights replaced. Upon providing me with an estimate, after I had left the car for the service, the service advi I made an appointment to have two headlights replaced. Upon providing me with an estimate, after I had left the car for the service, the service advisor told me that there was only one headlight in stock. My choice then was to leave the car over the weekend or to replace only one headlight. I was offered a loaner. Because of my weekend needs and my desire to not make an extra trip to the dealer, I chose to have one headlight replaced that day. My service advisor agreed that I will have the other headlight installed at the time of my annual service. This will result in substantial additional charges for the service because two installations are required. We worked out an adjustment to the second installation, which adjustment I am satisfied with, but which did not make me whole. I am quite satisfied with the efforts of my servicer advisor, Rod Aqueveque but I am disappointed that I was not informed at the time I made the appointment that there was only one headlight in stock. It never occurred to me that I should ask about headlights being in stock. More
