Service - Shelter in Place My check engine light came on while driving home, in which when I arrived home the Audi Service Department was still open. I was able to get an appoin My check engine light came on while driving home, in which when I arrived home the Audi Service Department was still open. I was able to get an appointment the next day of my choice, meaning I selected the best time slot to bring my car in for the needed repair. My car is only past seven months, but not eight months. I was greeted by Mr. Ken Kritzer a service advisor whom I had not dealt with before. He was polite, professional and said he would handle my check engine light problem. To make a long story short I was not expected to pay for anything,but the check engine was not covered under warranty. With that being the case Ken and Audi work with my financial budget and all went well, meaning fix my check engine issue, and keep me happy with my portion of the bill. Well executed by service advisor Ken Kritzer. He even got me a loaner and had Uber take me back to my job during this repair process. I picked up my car and will be driving it to make sure all is good. One thing I would like to mention is that I received alot N/C services, and I appreciate it. In closing Thank You Ken, you are awesome, honest and truly deserve every "Bravo" sticker there may be. More
