I went in to have my car serviced and they uncovered a significant problem. the team were incredible and George was transparent and helpful throughout the entire process. Thank you, David Cohen Bought my vehicle from Pacific Audi in Torrance and went to their service dept. for 8 years out of loyalty. Had so many service issues. The last straw Bought my vehicle from Pacific Audi in Torrance and went to their service dept. for 8 years out of loyalty. Had so many service issues. The last straw was when the service manager ghosted me. Didn't fix the problem; didn't return my call. At that point, I was considering getting rid of the car. Gave Audi Beverly Hills a try, and it was like night and day. They fixed the problem on the first try with excellent customer service. Have been going to them for service ever since. Recently, my Check Engine light came on. Diagnosed cause was an exposed wire installed outside of the harness with so much slack that it had moved around and rubbed up against components to the point of shorting out. This wire was installed under warranty by Pacific Audi. More
