For issues that may take an hour or two somewhere else, Every interaction I've had with Audi Beverly Hills service team, has exceeded my expectations. For issues that may take an hour or two somewhere else, the Audi Beverly Hills Service Team will usually handle within 30 minutes. My most recent interaction was with Harry Cha, who was very friendly with exceptional customer service. He figured out my issue within five minutes of our conversation, had my car taken care of, and I was off within 25 minutes of my arrival time.
