A terrible buying experience - buyer beware This was the worst car buying experience I have ever had and I have purchased a lot of cars. I purchased a 2012 Q5 that was a Certified Pre-Owned vehi This was the worst car buying experience I have ever had and I have purchased a lot of cars. I purchased a 2012 Q5 that was a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle. The customer service was so bad and I was so surprised because it is a Fletcher Jones dealership. They told me it was a recent purchase and sales are so good they just can't keep up. One of the issues was the car was advertised as having the tow package. It said - Splurge and buy a boat because this car has the tow package. I live out of state so I didn't notice until later that it wasn't on the car. I contacted the Internet Manager who I have been dealing with and he said "please refer to the disclaimer at the bottom of the page which states while every reasonable effort is made to ensure the accuracy of this information, we are not responsible for any errors..." Buyer beware of this dealerships tactics! More
