We worked with Harry Cha and he was nice, very knowledgeable and ego to help and answer all of our questions. The service was done quickly, the rental car was nice and my car was shiny and clean when I got it back. My AC is finally fixed and all other issues seem to be taken care of. The atmosphere feels to be very different: people are friendly and very helpful. I will definitely come back here when I need service next time. More

When I arrived that morning I had no idea I would leave in a new car (+ trade in my old vehicle for a fair price). I visited two other Audi dealerships in the area during my search and the experience was fair to good, but nothing close to the level of excellence I experienced in Beverly Hills. Faye also did a nice job explaining various maintenance and care options and solidifying the deal. I'll be heading back next time I need car or when my wife is ready for an upgrade. More
