Treated with courtesy, respect and professionalism I had a conversation with a sales representative before I came in ( my Audi lease is about at term and I was contacted to see what I was planning to d I had a conversation with a sales representative before I came in ( my Audi lease is about at term and I was contacted to see what I was planning to do). I told the person I was interested in this S4 and the S3, and would come in to the show room at around 1 pm. When I arrived, Michael Tesh greeted me and said he had the two cars ready to test drive and off we went. Following the test drive I indicated the S4 was definitely the car I was interested in. Michael and I discussed what exactly I options I was interested in and he checked the inventory. He found exactly what I wanted and we started taking about the price and payment terms. I told Michael I only had about 45 minutes before I needed to leave for a meeting. We reached agreement on price and terms, and he then worked with the Manager and with the person In Finance to make sure I made it out to my meeting. I am thrilled with the car, appreciative of the service Michael provided and a big fan of Audi Beverly Hills. More
