Right away they had a truck come to tow my car back to Beverly Hills and gave me advice on what to do about the rental situation. I had my car back four days later and it's like brand-new. Flawless! I worked with Karsten through the ordering process. I wasn't sure which car I wanted. He helped me pick the car, the options, the colors etc... His insight and knowledge of the product gave me great confidence. He kept me updated during the wait (almost 4 months) which made it almost bearable! He answered promptly all my silly question through text messages on his days off and helped eased any concerns or insecurities I may have had about my purchase... When the car was delivered he did a thorough walk through of the car. I never experience such a thing. I left the dealer in complete control of all the feature on my car.
