Adriel Sanders Is A True Gentleman I bought my car at this dealership and have found most dealings with it to be standard affairs--they promise the world early, then slowly pull away al I bought my car at this dealership and have found most dealings with it to be standard affairs--they promise the world early, then slowly pull away all those benefits they promised when you bought the car and you feel like you're getting a little screwed--but when I got my brakes replaced and serviced yesterday, was very profoundly disappointed to find out that my warranty covered break pads, but not break rotors (unlike every other car I've ever had). Enter Adriel Sanders, a true gentleman, who worked with me to minimize the damage, gave me great service, and made me want to come back to Audi BH. He is instantly my go-to guy and feels like he's one of the good ones in a sea of disappointment. More

Cole Downing did an excellent job, he's knowledgeable and accommodating and got me through the negotiation and financing process quickly. Sharon in finance was pleasant and efficient. She was a good balance of pushing additional services and explaining their importance without being too pushy. Cole offered to drive my extra car home so I could drive the new car and not have to return to the dealership. Overall, an excellent experience and I like the smaller footprint of this location versus the giant dealers in other locations. More

Lease of new A4 Great initiative by the sales rep...he looked at my existing lease and called to see if I was interested in an upgrade. I went in and he was fabulous Great initiative by the sales rep...he looked at my existing lease and called to see if I was interested in an upgrade. I went in and he was fabulous. Explained all my options and I got a new car--I love my A4! I'm very happy. He also made arrangements to have a rep come to my place of work and explain more things about the car (I had a time conflict at the first meeting) so all in all, it's been great. This is my 2nd car from Audit BH and I'll come back again. I've always used them for service and they are very professional and caring. Thank you so much. More
