GREAT SERVICE I have had my S4 serviced at this dealership since it opened. I bought the S4 from another local Audi dealership as Audi Bethesda did not yet exist w I have had my S4 serviced at this dealership since it opened. I bought the S4 from another local Audi dealership as Audi Bethesda did not yet exist when I bought it. I needed to get the car in quickly for service. Despite having bought the car from another dealership, the service advisor at that time asked "can you get here before we close today?" Sure I could and I have enjoyed GREAT service from them since. They always got my car an appointment in a timely manner. A loaner car is provided when appropriate. The car is fixed right the first time. The service department has always treated me fantastically. I recently traded the S4 in on a S5 sportback (the new car purchase experience was equally fantastic). I recently brought it back to have the protection applied. I told them I only had minutes to get to the metro so I could make a family event. I was out of there in about 2 minutes and the shuttle was waiting for me. I could not say enough great things about the service department at Audi Bethesda. More

I have had 3 separate appointments with Audi Beth I chose this new service center for convenience but was extremely disappointed in my experiences. . I have had 3 separate appointments with Audi Bethesda-two scheduled mileage maintenance services for both of our Audis and one emergency for a catastrophic engine failure. With each visit the service center seemed far more focused on their benefit than my repair or customer experience. Starting with a diagnostic fee policy to recommendations for expensive brake part replacements (that on further exam other Audi professionals denied to be warranted) to a catastrophic engine issue where the handling from start to finish was totally unaware and insensitive to the customer impact . Audi Bethesda's profitability is the lasting impression- matched equally by inexperienced and ineffective service representatives. Though a last minute marketing effort by service manager Barbara Portalea was polite, the lack of oversight was the greater impressiion. I left untrusting and hugely disappointed. I am sure in time experience will bring this center to meet the standad that is reflective of the Audi brand integrity. More
