He spent nearly all of his Saturday with us as we tested whether the A3 Cabriolet was too low slung for the "lip" to our steep driveway and took us to talk to the service supervisor to understand how the S-tronic transmission behaves on hills (it takes a little getting used to) and whether this is a long-term wear and tear issue. Only negative was sitting around waiting for the business guy to take our check and fill out the paperwork. More
