Excellent Customer Service I bought a used 2006 Toyota Corolla from Jacob Jay at Audi Bethesda. I saw the car online, called him about it and he held it for me until I could com I bought a used 2006 Toyota Corolla from Jacob Jay at Audi Bethesda. I saw the car online, called him about it and he held it for me until I could come up and see it. It was a used car, but they fixed all the recalls and repairs and got it in great working order. After I had purchased the vehicle and picked it up, the previous owner found a second set of keys, and Jacob mailed them to me. They took care of the title and transferring my license plate. The whole process was smooth and the customer service throughout was excellent! More

Instead I walked out of there with the car I wanted, satisfaction from having had a good deal and experience, and a new friend - Jacob. Buying a car from Jacob was like buying one from friend.
