Jacob Jay is the BEST car salesman I have ever worked with! It was evident from the minute I met Jacob Jay, that he absolutely loves cars; especially Audi! I don't believe you could find anything he does not know about every make and model in the Audi line. Jake took me on great test rides, and had me hone in on the subtle differences between models - handling, acceleration, braking... He even made an appointment for me with a competitor dealer, so I could be sure I got the exact Audi I wanted. I was extremely confident at the end of the process I had the perfect car, and it was because I had the perfect salesman! Jacob is AWESOME! More

EXCELLENT. THE BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE YET I just went from my S4 to a S5 sportback. I could not say enough GREAT things about this dealership. I purchased my S4 from another dealership and s I just went from my S4 to a S5 sportback. I could not say enough GREAT things about this dealership. I purchased my S4 from another dealership and switched to Audi Bethesda for prior service of that car. The service department was great. No hassles. Got my car in in a timely manner and fixed it right the first time. My NEW CAR purchase was fantastic, the best of all prior car purchases. I wanted the new S5 sportback. They treated me very fairly. From the general manager, Dennis Duffy, to the sales person, Jacob Jay, to the finance person, Simone Durbin, all were a pleasure to work with. No pressure, Just a pleasant informational encounter. I am buying a new model, with limited availability. Everyone just treated me VERY nicely and fairly. In the end, I have the exact car I wanted (talked to Jacob extensively to be sure of that and he was always pleasant and gave me the time I wanted). The car was so new, that Simone handled a few issues despite being out for a few days of vacation. Very much appreciated. Dennis Duffy, the general manager was equally great in the process. Being a new model, there were a few things in the process that he had to handle, and he did so for me. overall, there is not another Audi dealership that I would ever buy a car from other than Audi Bethesda, given this great experience. GREAT SERVICE I have had my S4 serviced at this dealership since it opened. I bought the S4 from another local Audi dealership as Audi Bethesda did not yet exist w I have had my S4 serviced at this dealership since it opened. I bought the S4 from another local Audi dealership as Audi Bethesda did not yet exist when I bought it. I needed to get the car in quickly for service. Despite having bought the car from another dealership, the service advisor at that time asked "can you get here before we close today?" Sure I could and I have enjoyed GREAT service from them since. They always got my car an appointment in a timely manner. A loaner car is provided when appropriate. The car is fixed right the first time. The service department has always treated me fantastically. I recently traded the S4 in on a S5 sportback (the new car purchase experience was equally fantastic). I recently brought it back to have the protection applied. I told them I only had minutes to get to the metro so I could make a family event. I was out of there in about 2 minutes and the shuttle was waiting for me. I could not say enough great things about the service department at Audi Bethesda. More

Jacob was highly professional-he was personable and knowledgeable and gave us very helpful guidance as we considered all of the options on the Q7. He worked hard to find us the car we were looking for, but when we found it wasn't available he helped us order one from the factory. We were kept informed of the progress of our car through every phase of the manufacturing and it was delivered on time. Jacob met with us twice to go over all of the car's features. He couldn't have been more helpful. If your looking for a new Audi, Audi Bethesda is a great dealership and Jacob is a great salesman. More

Mediocre customer service -Sales Went to the dealership with a precoordinated appointment. Our POC said he was not expecting us until later yet clearly indicated via email when our appointment was. We walked around for 25 min in the showroom because he was to busy to help. Several other sales reps including the manager (Nick France) were chatting with each other. Eventually another sales rep decided to help us but he was less than helpful. We asked a question about a car and he rudely walked off to talk to another sales person without answering. After 50 min we finally were able to go on the precoordinated test drive. I would expect the Audi brand to have much better customer service. More
