We worked with brand specialist Jacob Jay who is knowledgeable, professional, easy going, and followed up with me on his day off. Sales manager Chad Dorfman also assisted me on his day off, making sure I was comfortable with the numbers and clear about the transaction. Both he and Jacob secured the exact vehicle I wanted from their sister dealership in VA. Simone Durbin in Finance went over everything with us the day we picked up the vehicle and again was gracious, and omniscient on all things Audi. We are new to the brand but are already devotees and in awe of the engineering, technology, and style that encompasses Audi vehicles. Frederick is closer to our home and we wouldn’t have to battle Howard to Montgomery County traffic, but the brand specialist there was very aggressive and off putting. When it arrived, he sent extensive photos, and we worked out details on structuring the purchase before I came in to expedite things. Jacob had my RS3 detailed and fueled, and had reserved a parking space next to it so that it was the first thing I saw as I pulled into the dealership. Simone in the finance office had already prepared things for me, and the actual purchase was a painless and enjoyable half an hour. He is very knowledgeable and passionate about the Audi brand. We had certain requirements, and since it was late in the model year, not many cars to choose from in the Eastern US. Jacob worked out a three-way trade with another dealer and delivered the car we wanted, at a great price, very quickly. He was clear and honest, and provided detailed information every step of the way. The day we took delivery, hail was forecast, so Jacob pulled the car into the showroom. He stayed an hour past closing to go over the features, and invited us for a return visit. Compliments also to Sales Manager Nick France, and Finance Manager Simone Durbin, who were professional and friendly.
