But it was Catherine's offer that brought us to Bethesda. She understood what we were seeking and was communicative without being pushy. And at the dealership, John guided the sale home when snags developed. He was friendly, cool, patient and determined. A true pleasure to meet him and work with him. Simone in the finance office was also easy to work with and efficient. My only complaint is that on a day when the dealership wasn't very busy, I had to wait well over an hour to get in to see her to finalize the deal. More
