Ian Shemer is what everyone wishes car salespeople were like--but rarely are: really knowledgeable and passionate about the cars, helpful, fun, flexible, and not in the least pushy. Everyone at the dealership made this a great experience. I had no intention of doing a trade-in but they came within $500 of what I had put it in the market for so it was worth doing the deal with them and avoiding the hassle of selling it myself.
