Jimmy was very professional and knowledgeable and made the car-buying experience a pleasant one. After I purchased the car, Jimmy spent quite a bit of time going through all its features and providing useful information. He even offered to spend more time with me later if I wanted. I am very happy with my purchase because the car was well priced, looks brand new and drives beautifully. The most distinguishing feature of my car purchasing experience was how quickly Audi Bethesda was able to complete the sale. I went into the dealership late in the afternoon on a Saturday. I was planning to purchase a car but did not expect to drive the car home that day. Audi Bethesda processed the paperwork very quickly and I was able to drive the car home. Audi Bethesda was even able to issue permanent license plates at the dealership. More

Five Star Service at Audi Bethesda My husband and I had exceptional service from Audi Bethesda. We were at the end of a 3 year lease which actually had been done through another dealer My husband and I had exceptional service from Audi Bethesda. We were at the end of a 3 year lease which actually had been done through another dealership. I reached out to Audi Bethesda because I did not get a return call from the other dealership. They promptly answered all of our questions about turning in the car, extending the lease, and buying the car.
