My salesperson was not knowledgeable, and sold me a car without remote start, a key feature I was looking for. "It's on the app", said the salesperson. When I got home and installed the app and realized t without remote start, a key feature I was looking for. "It's on the app", said the salesperson. When I got home and installed the app and realized the feature wasn't "on the app", I immediately called and emailed the salesperson, who over the next 6 months kept telling me it was coming. Then I brought my car in for service to another dealership, who immediately told me that my car didn't have the feature and never would. I called the Bethesda dealership's sales manager who told me to have the remote start installed after-market. Not only is this extremely unfriendly of an answer, when I asked three separate times if that would void the warranties I purchased with the vehicle, he didn't know and hasn't gotten back to me. They will sell you a vehicle, but don't count on your salesperson or the sales manager for knowledge or ethics. More
