Very nice people, obscene add-on charges and too low a trade in offer for my car. They wanted to add over $13K in additional charges for paint protection and extended warranty, so the actual price the trade in offer for my car. They wanted to add over $13K in additional charges for paint protection and extended warranty, so the actual price they wanted for the car was $52K, not $39K. Same sleazy bait & switch dealerships love to pull. They made no attempt to negotiate on my car’s value nor their insane add on charges. Would not recommend. I expected more from an Audi dealer, but unfortunately Kendall Auto Group is known for this. The good news is, I still have all my money! More

I never thought buying an Audi RS would be so easy. I pretty much bought the car over the phone with a professional (Ian). I currently live between Bend and K-Falls and finalized the deal out of town. Ia pretty much bought the car over the phone with a professional (Ian). I currently live between Bend and K-Falls and finalized the deal out of town. Ian answered all my questions with clear responses that were informative. I never got the vibe that I was dealing with a cheesy salesman, super pro, sold me my RS on his day off, follow up calls and answered new questions. 5. Star More
Best Car Purchase Experience Ever! I just purchased a used Audi Q5 from Audi of Bend and it was the most positive car purchasing experiences I've ever had. From the test drive to negot I just purchased a used Audi Q5 from Audi of Bend and it was the most positive car purchasing experiences I've ever had. From the test drive to negotiations up to the vehicle delivery I was treated like a Queen. Trevor and the staff rolled out the red carpet as if I had just purchased the most expensive car on the lot. Their review of the car's features, attention to detail on the items the car needed and follow up for an additional detail has been top notch. I managed the Customer Service offices for Nordstrom and taught the Nordstrom philosophy for over 20 years and they rivaled the Nordstrom experience. I cannot say enough about their service, kindness and knowledge of their brand. I'm a new loyal customer and I encourage you to consider them for your next car purchase. More

For the first service we drove to Portland and called the Wilsonville Dealer to make an appointment. We were told that one was not necessary and to come in at our convenience. We did not ask for a loaner but were given one as soon as we arrived. They serviced the car within a couple of hours but told us to pick it up at our convenience. We also found out from Wilsonville that the previous owner had been in an accident. That was news to us. When we purchased the car we had specifically asked the sales representative in Bend if the car had been damaged since it had such low mileage. We were told no. Contrast that with our service experience in Bend. We drove 150 miles to Bend to have our car serviced. When we called in the morning to talk to them about bringing it in the receptionist told us that we could not do that because they were too busy. She spoke so fast that it was hard to understand what she was saying. She did not even offer to transfer us to the service department. When she finally did so at our request, we were told by the service tech that they were booked two weeks out and we would have to come back. We told him that we lived 150 miles away but his attitude was not accommodating at all. When we mentioned our experience at Wilsonville, he complained that they were a bigger dealership and that in Bend they only had three technicians. He said that everyone was bringing their cars in to be serviced this time of the year and we would just have to come back. He could not offer us any alternative. We would certainly NEVER do business with this dealer again. More

The tireless hours you put into our Audi fixing a recall issue was greatly appreciated. The service department squeezed us in when there was no room. Our car's check engine light and EPC came on in Eureka California on a Sunday morning! Yikes, nearest certified Audi Repair was in San Francisco or Bend Oregon. We were on our way to Idaho so Bend was our best option. My family and I pulled into Bend that evening after driving our poor Allroad slowly in its protected mode for 8 hours. The next day, Mitch and his team listened as we explained our situation and immediately found time to help us out. Thanks for getting us back on the road safely! Thanks for being such good people! I hate car shopping....I really do. It's usually one patronizing salesman after another that couldn't care less about me as a client and just really wants the sale. I spent several days going up and down our "auto row" in Portland and couldn't find what I really wanted. I finally settled for something out of state since nothing here was fitting the bill, until a friend told me I had to call Kendall Audi in Bend, OR. (Insert parting of skies and angelic voices here). I was treated with respect, kindness and received top-of-line white glove service the likes of which I have never experienced (and this isn't my first rodeo!) Rick Winner, Steve (the Finance Guy) and Jessica all jumped in with both feet to make my experience second to none. They found me the perfect car, kept it in my budget and delivered it directly to my door with Rick, my sales guy, as an added bonus to walk me through my new car. I mean, who sends the salesman hundreds of miles away to personally walk you through your car? I mean, who does that? Kendall Audi did, that's who. This was an experience that will stay with me for a long time and will be the gold standard for any service business that I deal with in the future. Thank you for everything- you guys were perfectly awesome and deserve far more than the limit of 5 stars Google allows me to give. :) More

Here's how this went: 1) I rented a used Audi Q7 for the weekend because I wanted to really test it out for longer drives. I sustained a barely visible rock chip in the front window which I pointed out. Rather than working with me or my credit card's insurance, they billed me an additional $569. They could not have been less helpful. 2) I went back in five weeks ago looking for a test drive of an A6 (didn't care for the Q7). Cornelius told me they were all off at the fairgrounds and he'd give me a call when the 2015's arrived. I can see on their website that they have them now. Yet no word... 3) I went back in two weeks ago, and wanted to compare the A6 TDI against a BMW 535d. Cornelius was busy so Trevor saw me wandering around and came out to help. His help consisted of telling me to make an appointment and come back another time. He mentioned this a few times. Seriously? How hard is it to offer up a quick test drive!? The cars were just sitting there this time. Guess it's an inconvenience though. It should not be this hard to buy a car. More
