I had more issues with logging into this site (DealerRater) than I did at the dealership. Alexis checked me in and checked me out 11 hours later! Original service issue (AC fan/blower) ended up being a sticker that had gotten stuck in the fan and so no issue! Brought my vehicle in for its annual maintenance (oil change, fluid check, and software update). Last year, they did a better job at quoting me an approximate time of how long everything would take (~2 change, fluid check, and software update). This year, there seemed to be some confusion as to when my vehicle would be ready. 2 hours? 4 hours? Before end of business? I would have preferred to wait on-site for my vehicle, but did not feel confident in any time estimate given. Everything was fine with the regular maintenance of the car. The service agent also said that they would wash my vehicle, which is a nice gesture. However when I picked up my car, I could tell they did not even spray down the back of my car -- it still had dust/grime on the bumper and the rear windshield wiper marks on the rear window. Just seemed like it was done carelessly or without much effort. More
