I brought my A5 in for a 30,000 mile inspection and I only waited for 10 minutes at the service center. An Audi representative Ricky came out to greet me and filled out the paperwork within 5 minutes. Ri only waited for 10 minutes at the service center. An Audi representative Ricky came out to greet me and filled out the paperwork within 5 minutes. Ricky even called a Lyft ride to take me home so that I did not have to wait.
