My A4 was being serviced for a recall but Ricky suggested I also have them do my next regular service so I didn't have to make another trip next month. First time I'd been to this dealership, went to fix a broken o ring that caused engine oil leak on my Audi Q5. They also didn't wash my car, whereas my previous dealer in NJ always washed my car after service. They didn't top off the windshield fluid either. The process was also slow.. a simple job took a couple days. Would not come back. More

I recently relocated back to Seattle from California. I needed a dealership to service my Q3. I did not want to drive to Tacoma or Northgate so Bellevue was the choice.
