First time I'd been to this dealership, went to fix a broken o ring that caused engine oil leak on my Audi Q5. They also didn't wash my car, whereas my previous dealer in NJ always washed my car after service. They didn't top off the windshield fluid either. The process was also slow.. a simple job took a couple days. Would not come back. More

I recently relocated back to Seattle from California. I needed a dealership to service my Q3. I did not want to drive to Tacoma or Northgate so Bellevue was the choice. Kyle, my advisor in Service was great. Kind, thorough, communicative. My only disappointment was that i was told the nail in my tire could not possibly be patched due to its location being on the inner communicative. My only disappointment was that i was told the nail in my tire could not possibly be patched due to its location being on the inner tread edge. We took the car immediately to Les Schwab tires to purchase new tires at a better price. They instead patched it in a few minutes and told me i had another 2 months on those tires. It was just after Christmas so we appreciated having a couple of extra months before needing to purchase the new tires. Makes us question the service recommendations at Audi Bellevue. More
