A person helping called at about 3:30 and told me that the car was done, going for a wash, and can be picked up in 15 minute. Came by around 5:00 and he apparently forgot to wash it. Kyle(advisor) was very impressive because he tried to make all processes go smoothly, so when dropping my car, I was able to go back home soon and conveniently. (Shuttle service was nice.) The dealership is nice and the service people are friendly. However, I consistently have trouble getting a response to simple questions like "When will my car be done?".
