Kyle(advisor) was very impressive because he tried to make all processes go smoothly, so when dropping my car, I was able to go back home soon and conveniently. (Shuttle service was nice.) While checking the point that I requested to fix, it seemed to be not fixed yet. Kyle proactively went with me to technicians. Finally, the issue was on my wrong understanding. I felt that all staff tried to work professionally. More
The dealership is nice and the service people are friendly. However, I consistently have trouble getting a response to simple questions like "When will my car be done?". They often have very long hold times and then the person who answers can't answer the question and instead sends me to voicemail for another rep. The reps often don't return calls or respond to texts for several hours. Communication needs improving. More
This is probably my 3rd or 4th visit here. All the other times we ok since it was mostly routine service with my Audi care package. Even though I was 1 day early the rep was able to get me a loaner vehicle times we ok since it was mostly routine service with my Audi care package. Even though I was 1 day early the rep was able to get me a loaner vehicle today. This time an additional water pump service was recommended and I denied. Right after I denied the rep informed me of no longer offering a loaner vehicle since I'm not getting the water pump service and just doing the recall. His excuse made no sense due to the fact I got a loaner vehicle every time even if it was just oil change or recall. His attitude and tone towards me after I denied was really condescending and unprofessional. I have a brother that owns a auto repair shop and just wanted a second opinion before I was gonna do the water pump service at Audi of Bellevue. I don't know if your service reps get paid off commission of the services but lying and being condescending to your customers when they deny a service you recommend is really bad. More

Car was not ready for pickup until Tuesday late day. More
