I waited 1. 5 months for an appointment. Once in, they took 2 weeks to replace a battery. Quoted $440, billed $660, then corrected it when I pointed out the mis 5 months for an appointment. My car was sitting under a tree for most of those 2 weeks and returned to me dirtier than it’s ever been in my 10 years of ownership. They lied about having run it though the wash. I purchased Audi care package when I bought my car. I have had multiple routine services at Bellevue location. It’s a huge disappointment and it’s getting worse every time. I brought my car in for “recall” service 2 days ago. I requested a car wash and of course NO car wash was done. Instead they did a full service in oil change, fluid, brake, engine check….This unnecessary and unrequested service was given after I had it done only 3,000 miles ago (usually every 10,000 miles). After my reminder of the car wash, it was finally done in a few minutes with an utmost minimum effort. I used to have an Acura and their service was far more superior. Maybe Audi should take some time to learn from them. More

I have je been in Audi of Bellevue several time on the last 6 months and I have not been disappointed at all. Alexis my service specialist has always been on top of her game, educating me on needs, issues last 6 months and I have not been disappointed at all. Alexis my service specialist has always been on top of her game, educating me on needs, issues and specific fixes of my vehicle which for the most part help me make better decisions instead of just up-selling me product without my prior understanding. She is the best. I highly recommend her. More
