This is a very busy service center, but my service advisor has always been able to bring a personal touch to the customer service experience. Service staff is well organized and help is easy to get. In for last prepaid service and a recall for passenger side airbag sensor replacement (2018 Audi S5). Ricky was professional and thorough. Extremely customer focused. Our car had been victim to a smash and grab. Our service rep helped us order the windows and because we had no garage let us bring the car in to work Our car had been victim to a smash and grab. Our service rep helped us order the windows and because we had no garage let us bring the car in to work on ad how, when they might find time. It let us get the car out of the rain 3 weeks before the original repair appointment. He spent the time to learn it was more important to us to keep the car safe than the timing of when the job was finished. Win win. Thank you Bradley. More
