This is a very busy service center, but my service advisor has always been able to bring a personal touch to the customer service experience. Extremely customer focused. Our car had been victim to a smash and grab. Our service rep helped us order the windows and because we had no garage let us bring the car in to work Our car had been victim to a smash and grab. It let us get the car out of the rain 3 weeks before the original repair appointment. The service was ok. They say they are excellent with customer service. At the bare minimum I expect the car to be washed and vacuumed inside after a service. Also I took a loaner as the dealership is 5 miles from my home. I drove the loaner from dealership to my home and back and the next day they charge me for a gallon of gas( I got a $6 bill). This is not the type of service I expect More
