Extremely customer focused. Our car had been victim to a smash and grab. Our service rep helped us order the windows and because we had no garage let us bring the car in to work Our car had been victim to a smash and grab. Our service rep helped us order the windows and because we had no garage let us bring the car in to work on ad how, when they might find time. It let us get the car out of the rain 3 weeks before the original repair appointment. He spent the time to learn it was more important to us to keep the car safe than the timing of when the job was finished. Win win. Thank you Bradley. More

The service was ok. They say they are excellent with customer service. At the bare minimum I expect the car to be washed and vacuumed inside after a service. Also I took a loaner as the dealership is 5 miles from my home. I drove the loaner from dealership to my home and back and the next day they charge me for a gallon of gas( I got a $6 bill). This is not the type of service I expect More
