I couldn't be more disappointed in my first Audi Bellevue Service experience. Waited 2 months for a service appointment so I could be assured a loaner vehicle while my vehicle was being serviced. Showed up Service experience. Waited 2 months for a service appointment so I could be assured a loaner vehicle while my vehicle was being serviced. Showed up for my 7am appointment and was unapologetically told no loaners were available and I would be contacted if/when one did become available. I'm 3 days into a pretty basic service visit (software update, basic OEM Recall items, etc) and car is still not done. No proactive updates on status from advisor and any inquiry from me is met with attitude and an explanation on how over-worked they are. Messages left for both service manager and dealer GM have gone unanswered. Not the dealer experience I was hoping for on a brand-new car that I love so much and waited so long for. Despite the inconvenience, I will be looking elsewhere for my next service needs. More
