Arrived for an express oil change at 11am. Booked the time slot from the Audi dealership site. Waited almost 2 hours while the work was being performed and I get the car back. Total bill after 20% coupon...$198. I scan the paperwork and see that the multipoint inspection was great and leave it at that. Pay, walk out, and drive away. Get home and realize they added a service I was never informed of, offered, or told about. A wonderful oil additive service for $52. Only $22 for the can of additive and $30 for a skilled technician to pour it in. Nice quiet dealer profit maker. Not excited about this kind of dealership service. It's no wonder people dislike going to dealerships for service. Time to find an honest independent shop. More
