My review relates to the service management. I dropped my car off at 9 AM on Wednesday. The service rep said she would be out the following day, but if any questions to call the department. The following day I called at noon, left a message to find out the car’s status. No response by Audi. I called 2 more times and got no answer, but did not leave a message. I called a fourth time at about 4:30 because I knew they closed at 6 and left a message just to determine status. No response. On Friday at 7:10 AM, I receive a text saying car is ready for pickup. I was very disappointed that 1 I wasn’t able to call and have someone answer, 2 when I left a message I received no response until 2 days after I dropped the car off. Worst experience I’ve had with Audi Beaverton since 2009. The only positive was that the original service agent called me on Sunday to follow up and to ask if I was satisfied with the experience.. I told her of the disappointment and lack of communication to which she apologized. More
The overall visit was great. Chris was very clear on when things would be ready and made sure that it was ready at that time. The one concern I will raise would be the wait time initially (may be expected since it was early in the morning), but if you can fix that would be fantastic. More
